Massaging your breasts, especially just before breastfeeding or an expressing session, will encourage flow and improve lymph drainage. Breast massage promotes blood circulation in the breasts which transports hormones - and it’s hormones that affect milk production and milk flow.

The Optiflow active breast massage insert is made of pure silicone which gently, but actively, massages the areola.

This effect stimulates the milk ejection reflex for a comfortable and efficient expressing experience.

The Optiflow only fits into the 31mm breastshell (not included).
