Ardo Care Compresses provide breastfeeding mums with natural care and support for the treatment of sore, irritated or painful nipples. The soothing gel compresses moisturise the skin making it soft and supple, supporting mums to continue breastfeeding.

Ardo Care Compresses support natural recovery of irritated or even sore nipples. A pleasantly cooling gel containing high-quality hyaluronic acid is applied to the compress. This gel moisturises the skin, soothing it and keeping it supple. The gel also forms a protective film, which helps to prevent infections.

Irritated or sore nipples can recover thanks to the moisturising effect and the long-lasting protective film. Scabbing of the skin is reduced or even prevented altogether, which reduces repeated cracking.

The gel is made from natural-based ingredients and is on non-woven fabric that supports the natural regeneration of the skin. 

The gel is odourless, contains only natural-based ingredients, is vegan, and safe for mum and baby.  The gel does not need to be wiped off before breastfeeding and the back of the compresses is coated to prevent staining of clothing. 

How to use: 

Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water.

Place an Ardo Care Compress with the gel side on the nipple. Place a normal nursing pad over the top of the compress.

Leave the compress on the nipple until next time you breastfeed. The residue of the gel on the breast does not need to be wiped off before breastfeeding, it is harmless for babies.

After breastfeeding, apply a new breast compress - the breast compresses may only be used once for hygienic reasons.

Apply breast compresses between each breastfeeding, at least 2x a day.
