Off Hire Form
Thank you for hiring a breast pump from Ardo.
It is your responsibility to arrange the collection of the pump and end the hire.
Collections – take place Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 6pm, excluding Bank Holidays – weekend collections are not available. There needs to be someone available to give the pump to the courier. An SMS message may be sent to give you an indication of a window of time in the morning, however, this is not guaranteed. If timings are important please ring us after 10 am on the collection day and we can check with the courier.
Ending the hire – The next payment date is specified on your invoice so you must contact us at least 2 working days before that date to arrange collection. If it goes past the renewal date and no collection has been organised another monthly hire charge will be taken which is non-refundable.
Packing Instructions
Please ensure you have read all of the following instructions before submitting your return request.
Carum – put the pump unit in the grey box, with the electric cable, and the bottle holder (it sits inside the lid of the box). Put the grey box in the cardboard box you received when the pump was delivered, including the protective polystyrene inserts. There is a £10 charge if the protective polystyrene is missing as this protects the pump from damage.
Bellis – put the pump unit and the charger cable back in the grey bag, and into the cardboard box. Please make sure the pump is packed correctly so that the pump is secure and safe for return to Ardo.
Pumpsets – please do not include any bottles or tubing that connect to the pump, we do not need them returned.
Return Label – to stop the pump from being re-delivered to your address, can you please either remove or cross out your name, address, and the bar code on the label. The courier will print the returns label and apply it upon collection.
Failed Collections: if the courier is unable to collect the pump on the agreed date there will be a £12.00 re-collection charge. If you have entered the next hire period a non-refundable 30-day continuation payment will be taken.
