Returning Your Pump

Carum Hands-Free Breast Pump Rental

The Ardo Carum Hospital Grade breast pump is delivered fully serviced & cleaned and includes two new pump sets for single or double expressing.

Price - £62.00 for the first 14 days breast pump rental. This includes delivery & return fees and two hands-free pump sets. The hire then rolls onto £62.00 for each additional month. The breast pump rental is continuous, and monthly payments are taken until the pump has been returned to us.

About the Carum Breast Pump

The Carum is suitable for use from birth and is easy to operate and quiet when in use. The suction strength (vacuum) and frequency (cycle) settings can be adjusted individually and independently from one another, in stimulation and expression mode. The pump has a timer/stopwatch and a large colour display with dimmer function.

Sensitive Programme - the pump starts off with a barely detectable vacuum and cycle, which enables ultra-gentle expressing with painful, sore nipples. The settings can also be adjusted in small steps to accommodate the sensitivities of the mum. The gentle expressing programme is available as standard in every Ardo Carum.

Vacuum Seal technology - Ardo pump sets provide a barrier against bacteria, ensuring that no breastmilk or impurities can enter the connecting tube or pump. This provides reliable protection against contamination of the breastmilk and prevents infection. Protects Mum, Milk & Baby.

Ardo products are manufactured in from premium-quality materials that are free from BPA, Latex and DEHP. Ardo is a trusted supplier to the NHS.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PACKAGING, IT MUST BE KEPT TO ENSURE THE SAFE RETURN OF THE BREAST PUMP - £10 CHARGEABLE COST FOR REPLACEMENT.

When it’s time to return your pump, please follow the steps below:

Create a return label
- Visit: https://our-returns.dpd.co.uk/ARDO_MEDICAL
- Create either a digital or printed return label.
Details you’ll need to create your label:
- Email address
- 5-digit order number (found on your hire agreement, e.g. 10800)
Pack the equipment
- Return the pump, electric cable, and green bottle holder inside the grey storage box.
- Place the grey box into the original cardboard box, using all packaging materials supplied at delivery.
- Remove all old delivery labels and securely tape the box.
Drop off the parcel
- Take the parcel to your nearest DPD Drop-Off Point. Find your nearest location here: https://send.dpd.co.uk/pickup-finder
- DPD will return the parcel directly to us.
Keep your tracking details
- Your tracking reference (e.g. 15976982080860)
- The name of the DPD Drop-Off Point used.
